Want to do a good job of the construction work necessary to build a mechanism to prevent errors in decisionmaking, to establish the infeasibility argumentation system of the project, to practicing technical responsibility in the project construction and to establish key measures on assessment mechanism of the project effectivenes so on, to these measures to standardize digital resources network storage system.
