探讨现存的主要著作权授权模式，包括集体管理模式、授权要约模式、开放获取模式、补偿金支付模式、法定许可模式、创作共用模式、数字版权管理模式和著作权代理模式；指出这几种授权模式各有优势和缺陷，且存在整合的必要性与可行性，因此，提出基于数字图书馆平台整合现有授权模式，以实现有效的获取自由。

This paper discusses the authorization modes of copyright, include collective management, invitational authorization, open access, compensation system, legal license, creative commons, digital rights management and copyright agency. There are advantages and disadvantages of these copyright authorization modes, and it has the necessity and possibility to integrate these models. So, the paper proposes to integrate these modes based on digital library platform to achieve free access.
