本文首先介绍图书馆知识资源相关理论、图书馆知识资源建设原则、知识资源建设对图书馆知识转移与共享的影响与推进作用，最后又分析了图书馆如何更好地建设知识资源来提高知识转移与共享的效果。

In this paper, the author firstly introduce relevant theories of library knowledge resources, the principle of library knowledge resources construction, influence and development of knowledge resources construction on knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing in the library, in the final, the author analyzes the way for library to better build knowledge resources to enhance the effect of knowledge transfer and sharing.
