摘要

网络信息伦理是调控网络信息活动的一种重要手段.然而,网络信息伦理不会自动生成、扩散和发挥调控功能,它需要有意识地加以培育.网络信息伦理的培育途径主要有:①狠抓网络信息伦理教育;②提倡网民"自省"、"慎独";③调动社会舆论,影响网民道德社会化进程;④完善网络信息行为的赏罚机制.

Abstract

Netethics is an important means to regulate networking information activities.However,netethics can't emerge,spread and act on networking in-formation activities spontaneously.It is necessary for us to foster netethica:taking vigorous measures to implement netethics education;advo-cating self-government and cautiousness among netizens; bringing public opinion into play; perfecting the mechanism of rewards and punishmen-ts.
