摘要

介绍当前美国高校图书馆保存本服务的状况及自动化系统的发展，指出我国图书馆保存本服务存在的问题。

Abstract

Describes the current status of reserves in university libraries and development of the automated reserves systems in the United States.In addition,the existing problems in reserves in China's libraries are mentioned.
